grab the umbrella instead.

A dry and mild start to the day.
HIGHS AT THE NOON HOUR
Low/mid 40s at the lunch hour.
RAINY AFTERNOON
It may be mild for January,
but rain at 40 degrees is a COLD rain!
Keep the umbrella handy.
