Next System To Watch

While we sit back, enjoy some warm and sunny weather on Saturday our forecasting eyes are being drawn towards a potential powerhouse of a winter storm mid-week.

A low pressure system coming out of the Rockies will take a track into the Ohio River by Wednesday. As of Saturday morning there are two tracks that appear most likely:

The blue track would mean cooler air stays in place and more precipitation falls as snow. The orange track would allow warmer air to mix in with more rain likely.

The exact track is still TBD but this will likely be narrowed down over the next 12-36 hours. So stay tuned.
